Ideal Movers moved me this past weekend and everything went so smoothly. From me calling multiple times to due to my multiple requests and how professional the front desk woman handled my requests. All my furniture was protected and they moved my stuff like it belonged to them. Overall a good experience and I would recommend their moving company and storage facility.

Allow us to thank you profusely for an exceptional move last week. Kim and I have now experienced four professional moves during our 47-year married life, and none compared to the quality of service Ideal provided. (By the way, you can thank our friend and realtor, Bridget Goggins, for steering us your way in the first place.) From my initial conversations with Briana and others in the office, to Odimir's (sorry if I'm spelling his name incorrectly) on-site estimates and evaluations, to the four-day process of getting us packed up and moved from Northampton down to Suffield, the experience was seamless. An overall can-do attitude, gentle handling of our possessions, and friendly service and manners by all the guys during the three on-site days last week kept us calm and happy throughout the week. Moving is stressful; Ideal eliminated the majority of the stress. Thank you for bringing us home!

We had an excellent experience with Ideal Movers, who took a truck of furniture and household items to northern VT for us recently. The load included some heavy shop equipment that they also assisted with reassembling on the other end. The crew were timely, energetic and courteous throughout. Our movers were extremely professional, careful, and friendly – not to mention super efficient! They were always sure to confirm details, were very methodical, and took great care of our belongings. Not a single scuffed wall or dent in sight. They also helped find creative solutions for a hard-to-move couch and obviously have lots of experience transporting tricky furniture. I also had very prompt, helpful, and friendly communications with the office staff at Ideal. Highly recommended!

The movers arrived on time, took the time to survey what needed to be moved and took care and pride in moving all of my belongings, safely. They pointed out pre-existing nicks or dings in my furniture, before moving it and then carefully placed themselves between my furniture and doorways. They were courteous and gracious, moving extra pieces from one room to another. Their efficiency was impressive. I would recommend them, and have, to all my family and friends.
