Upon entry of our facility, every tenant must enter their own unique gate code. Each unit is required to have a padlock on it. Ideal Movers & Storage has an office store where storage supplies can be purchased. We offer a variety of locks so there is no need to run around- we have it all!
Both facilities are surrounded by a 7-foot iron gate and are under 24-hour audio and video surveillance. On-site staff monitor facility activity and perform thorough lock checks 6 days of the week.
Prohibited items include (but are not limited to) combustible, corrosive, explosive, odorous, perishable, illegal, or otherwise hazardous materials. Please consult office personnel if you aren’t sure about a specific item.
All items must be removed prior to the anniversary date. Pallets must be left inside the unit. The padlock should be removed and taken by the Tenant. Lastly,the tenants will then be able to close out their account via the Online Portal.
Please notify the Office 24 hours prior to needing the lock removed. The cost of the lock removal is $30.
We have a one-month minimum. After that, the terms of the lease run month-to-month, and you are free to stay as long as you’d like!
Weather-protected units are accessed from inside a building, but do not regulate temperature or humidity. These are mainly designed to protect the customer from the elements while they are accessing their unit.
Since we are not in the care, custody and control of the items being transported, we do not load PODs.
