Below are some of our most frequently asked questions and answers about our commercial and residential moving services and self-storage facilities.
Both facilities are surrounded by a 6-foot iron gate and are under 24-hour audio and video surveillance. On-site staff monitor facility activity and perform thorough lock checks 6 days of the week.
Prohibited items include (but are not limited to) combustible, corrosive, explosive, odorous, perishable, illegal, or otherwise hazardous materials. Please consult office personnel if you aren’t sure about a specific item.
You can refer to our self-storage tab for a general guideline of how much fits in each unit; however, a more accurate option is to contact an estimator here at the office and they can work with you to determine which unit would be the best choice.
All tenants must alert our office and fill out a brief vacate form upon emptying the unit.
One of our staff members can cut the lock off for you for a small fee. You will then be responsible for purchasing or providing another lock on the same day.
We have a one-month minimum for storage. After that, the terms of the lease run month-to-month, and you are free to stay as long as you’d like!
